Silent Nocturne (Sleep in Heavenly Peace) was written in October 2023 for performance at the Christmas services at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in Brattleboro, VT where I am currently Director of Music. It is an adventurous reharmonization of the famous Christmas Carol “Silent Night”.

Premiered Dec. 24, 2023 at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, Brattleboro, VT, with the composer at the organ.
